Creator Bio
Grace Lin is an award-winning author and illustrator known for her beloved children's books that celebrate diversity and inclusivity. Born in New York, Lin grew up in a predominantly white community, which inspired her to create stories that reflect her own cultural heritage and experiences. She received her degree in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design and has since published over 30 books, including the Newbery Honor-winning novel "Where the Mountain Meets the Moon." Lin's work has been praised for its beautiful illustrations and warm storytelling, making her a favorite among young readers and parents alike. She continues to use her platform to promote diversity and representation in children's literature.
