Kelly Light is an award-winning author and illustrator who has been creating stories and illustrations for children's books since 2009. She is best known for her popular Louise character, who has appeared in several of her books including Louise Loves Art, Louise and Andie: The Art of Friendship, and Louise and the Class Pet. With a background in advertising and graphic design, Kelly brings a unique and whimsical style to her work, capturing the imagination of young readers. She lives in New York City with her husband and daughter, who often inspire her stories. When she's not creating new adventures for Louise, Kelly can be found teaching illustration and spreading her love for art to the next generation of young artists.
