Lid'ya C. Rivera is an emerging children's book author and illustrator based in New York City. She was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States at a young age, where she discovered her love for storytelling and drawing. Rivera holds a degree in Fine Arts from the University of the Philippines and has been creating art since she was a child. Her passion for diversity and representation in children's literature led her to write her debut picture book, I Absolutely, Positively Love My Spots. Through her colorful illustrations and heartfelt words, Rivera hopes to inspire young readers to embrace their unique qualities and celebrate diversity.
