Andrea Zimmerman and David Clemesha are a husband and wife team who have been writing and illustrating children's books together for over 25 years. They met while studying at the Rhode Island School of Design and have been collaborating ever since. Their books, including "Digger Man" and "Fire Engine Man," have won numerous awards and have been praised for their engaging stories and vibrant illustrations. Dan Yaccarino, the illustrator of "Smashy Town," is an award-winning author and illustrator of over 50 children's books. He is known for his bold and colorful artwork that captures the imagination of young readers. Yaccarino's work has been adapted into animated television shows and his books have been translated into multiple languages.
