Lewis Hancox is a writer, filmmaker, and LGBTQ+ advocate based in the United Kingdom. As a transgender individual, he has used his platform to share his personal experiences and raise awareness about issues faced by the transgender community. Hancox began his career as a YouTube creator, creating comedic videos that explored topics such as relationships and mental health. He then went on to co-create the award-winning web series "Freaks," which follows the lives of a group of queer friends. In addition to his work in film and media, Hancox is also a published author, with his memoir "Escape From St. Hell: My Trans Teen Life Levels Up" sharing his journey of self-discovery and acceptance.
