Gege Akutami is a Japanese manga artist and writer known for creating the popular series Jujutsu Kaisen. Little is known about his personal life, as he prefers to keep a low profile and let his work speak for itself. However, he has stated in interviews that he has been interested in drawing and storytelling since a young age. After studying at a vocational school for manga artists, Akutami made his debut in 2013 with the one-shot manga "Kusuriya." He then went on to create Jujutsu Kaisen, which has gained a large following both in Japan and internationally. With its unique blend of horror, action, and comedy, Akutami's work continues to captivate readers and solidify his place in the world of manga.
