Phuc Tran is a Vietnamese-born writer, teacher, and tattoo artist. He is best known for his memoir "Sigh, Gone: A Misfit's Memoir of Great Books, Punk Rock, and the Fight to Fit In." Tran's writing often explores themes of identity, belonging, and the immigrant experience. He is also a dedicated educator, teaching Latin and English at a private school in Maine. In addition to writing and teaching, Tran is also a skilled tattoo artist and owns his own studio. His work has been featured in various publications and galleries. Tran's latest project is the children's book "Cranky," co-written with illustrator Pete Oswald.
