Reem Kassis is a Palestinian writer and cook based in Philadelphia, who is known for her award-winning cookbook "The Palestinian Table." She is passionate about preserving the rich culinary heritage of her homeland and sharing it with the world. Noha Eilouti is a Palestinian-American writer and educator, whose work centers around identity, culture, and social justice. She is also the founder and director of the Palestine Writing Workshop, an organization that aims to elevate Palestinian voices and narratives. Together, Kassis and Eilouti have created a beautiful tribute to Palestinian culture and tradition through their book, showcasing the resilience, beauty, and diversity of the Palestinian people.
