Sarah Prager and Caitlin O'Dwyer are co-authors of A Child's Introduction to Pride: The Inspirational History and Culture of the LGBTQIA+ Community (A Child's Introduction Series). Prager is a writer, speaker, and LGBTQIA+ activist who has been featured in various media outlets such as The Washington Post, CNN, and NPR. She is the author of the award-winning book Queer, There, and Everywhere: 23 People Who Changed the World and the founder of the educational organization QueerKidsStuff. O'Dwyer is a children's book author and journalist whose work has been published in The New York Times, The Guardian, and The Irish Times. She is also an advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights and has served as a mentor for LGBTQIA+ youth. Together, Prager and O'Dwyer have combined their expertise and passion to create a comprehensive and inclusive introduction to the history and culture of the LGBTQIA+ community for young readers.
