Gene Luen Yang is a critically acclaimed author and illustrator of graphic novels and comics. He has won numerous awards for his work, including the prestigious Eisner Award and the National Book Award for Young People's Literature. Yang is best known for his graphic novel series "American Born Chinese" and "Boxers and Saints." He is also the current National Ambassador for Young People's Literature, appointed by the Library of Congress. LeUyen Pham is an illustrator and writer who has worked on a wide range of projects, from picture books to graphic novels. She has illustrated over 90 books, including the "Princess in Black" series and "Freckleface Strawberry." Pham's illustrations are known for their whimsical and vibrant style, and she has received many awards and accolades for her work.
