Book Club: Animal Stories!

If your reader is obsessed with furry, fuzzy, feathered, or finned beings, this book club is for them! In this 8-week structured series, Coach Emma Martin will guide participants through the reading and comprehension of several animal-themed novels that we’ve specifically chosen to avoid as much peril as possible for the animals involved. (So, no super-sad stories here!)

We’ll provide a reading & writing journal, casual crafts each session, and 6 books: 3 we’ll read together and 3 additional ones of your child’s choosing.

SESSIONS
3-4:15pm: Ages 7-9 (will include longer picture books, chapter books, and first graphic novels)
4:30-5:45pm: Ages 10-12 (will include novels and graphic novels)
