She has a background in science education and a love for fantasy and magic, which she combines in her popular Zoey and Sassafras series. Along with writing, Citro runs the blog "Fun at Home with Kids" where she shares creative and educational activities for families. She lives in Seattle, Washington with her family and their pet dragon, Sassafras. Marion Lindsay is the illustrator for the Zoey and Sassafras series. She has a background in fine arts and has worked as an illustrator for various children's books. Her whimsical and colorful illustrations bring the characters and adventures of Zoey and Sassafras to life. Lindsay lives in the UK with her family and their mischievous cat, Luna.
