Aaron Becker is an American author and illustrator known for his captivating children's books. He was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and has been drawing since he was a child. After studying illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design, Becker worked in the film and animation industry before pursuing his passion for storytelling through picture books. His first book, Journey, was a Caldecott Honor winner and launched his popular wordless trilogy. Winter Light is his latest book, showcasing his signature intricate and detailed illustrations. Becker continues to inspire young readers with his imaginative and visually stunning stories.
