Starting January 2026, you can browse a mini-collection of our joyful, affirming, inclusive kids’ books inside Apt.One, a queer- and woman-owned curated retail space in Greenfield at 10 Miles St.

Owner Jess Rooney opened Apt.One in 2023 and doubled in size in January 2026, just doors down from its original location. At Apt.One, pieces from small, indie designers live side-by-side with curated resale. This includes apparel, accessories, home objects, body products. Their racks and site are ungendered, and they strive to be size-inclusive. AND! Jess will fit your body for jeans.

Little.Ones is the most recent shop addition for—yup—babies & kids. Think: Vintage bloomers and giftable-condition secondhand sparkle jelly shoes and sweet wooden toys. So when Jess asked if Team High Five would like to curate some of our fav books for the little ones in her customers’ lives, it was an easy decision.

We’ll have a rotating collection of gorgeous baby and picture books, plus first chapter books and middle-grade readers. Of course, there will be graphic novels galore, and signed copies of books by local authors. Greenfield readers: Please let us know what else you’d like us to stock up north!
