Christine Platt is an author, activist, and advocate for social justice and literacy. She holds a B.A. in Africana Studies from the University of South Florida, an M.A. in African and African American Studies from The Ohio State University, and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. Through her writing, Platt aims to educate and empower young readers to embrace diversity, equality, and inclusion. In addition to being an author, she is also the founder of The Afrominimalist, a platform that explores the intersection of minimalism and Blackness.
