Angela Quezada Padron is an award-winning children's book author and journalist. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she has always been passionate about telling stories that amplify underrepresented voices and promote social justice. Her work has been featured in various publications, including The New York Times and The Washington Post. In addition to writing, Angela is also a dedicated activist for climate justice, drawing inspiration from her own experiences growing up in a Caribbean island vulnerable to the effects of climate change.
