Kiley Reid is an American author and screenwriter. She was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and later attended the Iowa Writers' Workshop where she received her MFA in fiction. Before pursuing writing full-time, Reid worked as a babysitter, a bookseller, and a tutor. Her writing has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, The Guardian, and Tin House. Come and Get It, her debut novel, has received widespread critical acclaim and has been optioned for a television series. Reid currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
