Faith Erin Hicks is a Canadian cartoonist and writer known for her graphic novels and webcomics. She was born in British Columbia and grew up in the small town of Salmon Arm. Hicks began creating comics at a young age and went on to study animation at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design. She has published numerous graphic novels, including The Nameless City trilogy and Friends with Boys. Hicks is also known for her work on popular comics like The Last of Us and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
