Kean Soo is a Canadian author and illustrator who is best known for his graphic novel series, Jellaby. He was born and raised in British Columbia and developed a passion for drawing and storytelling at a young age. Soo studied animation at Sheridan College in Ontario and went on to work as a storyboard artist for various animation studios. However, his love for comics led him to create his own graphic novel series, Jellaby, which follows the adventures of a young girl, Portia, and her mysterious monster friend. Soo's captivating storytelling and vibrant illustrations have captured the hearts of readers of all ages and have earned him numerous accolades, including the Joe Shuster Award for Outstanding Canadian Comic Book Writer.
