Each month, our team hosts two casual monthly book clubs for trans, nonbinary, & gender-creative youth, called Affirmations. One group is geared for kids (ages 7-11); another is for tweens & teens (ages 12-15). Both are hosted here at High Five Books by Kinsey, in collaboration with invaluable local trans support organization Translate Gender.
Sponsoring one month of book club sustains Affirmations by covering the staff time that goes into planning and managing the group—plus, we'll include a $25 donation per monthly group directly to Translate Gender, too.
