Jarrett J. Krosoczka is a highly acclaimed author and illustrator known for his beloved children's books, including the Lunch Lady series. Growing up, he struggled in school due to dyslexia, but found solace in drawing and storytelling. His passion for art and writing led him to attend the Rhode Island School of Design, where he received his BFA in Illustration. Krosoczka has since published over 30 books, which have won numerous awards and have been translated into multiple languages. He is also a strong advocate for literacy and creativity, often visiting schools and libraries to inspire young readers and writers. Krosoczka currently lives in Massachusetts with his wife and children.
