Vivienne is a Taiwanese-American writer, journalist, and filmmaker who has lived and worked in various countries including Taiwan, China, and the United States. She has written for publications such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Time Magazine. Eugenia, also a Taiwanese-American, is an acclaimed poet and playwright. She has been recognized with numerous awards for her work, including the National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship. Together, they have created a poignant and deeply personal story about the complexities of identity, culture, and family.
