Tui T. Sutherland is a New York Times bestselling author known for her popular middle-grade and young adult fantasy series, including the Wings of Fire and Menagerie series. She was born in Caracas, Venezuela and raised in Paraguay, as well as various other countries due to her parents' work with the United Nations. Sutherland has also worked as a children's book editor, a bookseller, and a graphic designer before becoming a full-time writer.
